The Boardwalk

2 Hot Dogs, a Side and a Drink – $7

I accidentally ran into Boardwalk restaurant.  It is very discreetly located off Broad St. near Libbie St. at 2106 Henderson St.

There is a very small lawn sign on the corner of Henderson and Broad also.

This is a fun place to eat.  The food and character are good.
I had 2 hot dogs.  One with melted swiss, spicy mustard and sauerkraut and another with their home-made chili.  I would have liked the chili more if it had at least some spice to it, but other than that, it was a very good and relatively inexpensive meal.  It’s hard to compete with some of the other hot-dog deals in town, but this place is at the top of the heap in terms of atmosphere and character.  The service was great and friendly as well.  I gave The Boardwalk 846 out of 860 possible points.
