Baja Bean Co. seems like a secret lunch spot. The signage is tiny and it’s in the basement of some building. Once you’re inside, the place is deceptively large. There are pool tables, a bar and a separate dining area. I went for lunch and sat at the bar with a couple friends. I had the veggie enchiladas. I’d call this a “great” meal for $6.95. It came with 2 enchiladas filled with a cream(y) cheese mixture and not simply melted cheese. It was a perfectly generous portion of food as well.
There are several lunch plates for under $8 and I recommend it.
