1328 W. Cary St. Richmond – $1 Tacos on Mondays
Little Mexico has $1 Tacos on Mondays and $1 Enchiladas on Wednesdays.
The steak and eggs are a lot better than the tacos or enchiladas, but for $1 – its a decent deal.  I am not a fan of the American-style cheese they use.
On a 10-point scale, I give it a 6.
