Burger, Fries and a Drink $5.95 Janice’s Kitchen, at 3319 Williamsburg Rd. in Richmond, has a decently priced lunch special. $5.95 for a double cheeseburger, fries and a drink. The food was ok, but the its worth the visit for the experience alone. The burgers seem to be frozen patties […]
RVALunchSpecial: Had sweet-potato tots at @BellyTimber .Good service, cool atmosphere, slightly overcooked tots. I give the experience a 71 out of 104 #RVA
RVALunchSpecial: Today’s Lunch Special at “Janice’s Kitchen” – 3319 Williamsburg Rd. – Double Cheeseburger, fries and drink $5.95
RVALunchSpecial: Had pork shanks and grits at @FWsullivans. I never liked grits until today. Well done. The service was good too. I give it a 6.5 out of 7
RVALunchSpecial: I’m at @FWsullivans right now. No happy hour food deals though. some customers with ties and shiny shoes. some with t-shirts and jeans.
The $5 burger and fries special at Can Can Brasserie is great. You have to sit at the bar to get the lunch-special price and it’s available every weekday from 11 – 3. The burger is made with nothing but good beef, salt and pepper and the fries are the […]
– 1328 W Cary St Richmond. $1 Enchiladas on Wednesdays Little Mexico has $1 Tacos on Mondays and $1 Enchiladas on Wednesdays. The steak and eggs are a lot better than the enchiladas, but for $1 – its a decent deal. On a 10-point scale, I give it a 6. […]
The Patrick Henry Pub and Grille has good $3 burgers all day on Tuesdays. It’s also a very cool basement-bar hangout. On a 5 point scale, I give the $3 lunch-burger a 4, but I give the atmosphere of the pub a 5. 2302 E. Broad St. Richmond, VA 23223 […]
I’ve only eaten at “Mi Hacienda” once so far, but the lunch special was a good deal for $3.99. The food was good and the service was adequate. On a lunch special scale of 1-10, I give it a 7. They have several lunch combination plates for $3.99 on Tuesdays […]
This is not a good place to eat.
Since I moved to Virginia in 2009 this has been one of my favorite places to eat in Richmond. They have done a great job at crafting a genuinely creative and unique character in their menu and in the atmosphere. I love the tortillas/frittatas and of course, the Cuban sandwich. […]
This bar is at 18th and Main in Shockoe Bottom. It’s kind of hard to love this place. The food and drinks are way too pricey. The menu does have some creative and smart dishes, but the overall environment lacks character.
I think they do well because they’re the only coffee place in the immediate area and there’s lots of foot traffic. The service is always decent and friendly. The desserts have never seemed all that exceptional.
This diner on Broad St. has blue plate specials for less than $7. That’s cool to me. The food is standard diner quality.
